These terms govern your use of the Dwianto Capital Advisory ("DCA") website and set out the general basis on which DCA provides advisory services. They do not themselves create an advisory relationship; any engagement is governed by a separate, signed engagement letter.

1. Website Use

This website is provided for general information about DCA and its services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to it. Content is provided "as is" and may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.

2. No Advisory Relationship Without an Engagement Letter

Submitting an enquiry, downloading a resource, or corresponding with DCA does not create a client relationship. DCA acts only once scope, responsibilities, and fees are agreed in a written engagement letter signed by both parties. That letter (not this website) governs the services.

3. Nature of Our Services

DCA provides strategic capital, transaction, and compliance advisory. DCA is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation; where formal legal or licensed tax services are required, we work alongside appropriately licensed professionals. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

4. Fees

Fees and payment terms are defined in the applicable engagement letter. No fee obligation arises from use of this website or from preliminary discussions.

5. Client Responsibilities

Where an engagement proceeds, the client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information. DCA's analysis and structuring rely on the information supplied; we are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate disclosure.

6. Confidentiality & Conflicts

DCA treats client information as confidential and operates an NDA-first posture for sensitive material. We conduct conflict checks before accepting a mandate and reserve the right to decline an engagement where a conflict cannot be managed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, layout, marks, and the DCA name) is the property of PT Dwianto Capital Advisory and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCA is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability in respect of advisory services is governed solely by the relevant engagement letter. Capital is at risk; past performance is not indicative of future results.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute relating to the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Jakarta.
